Eternal Love | Reverse Stamping

Hi there! We hope you had a lovely weekend, doesn’t Monday come around again quickly! We are back to catching up with the latest Design Team inspiration here on the blog, today’s wonderful inspiration comes from Nadine Carlier featuring our super popular ‘Love is Love’ stamp set…

Hello! It is hard to believe that August is already halfway over. The beginning of the year went by so slow and now it is flying by. At least it is for me.

For today’s project, I have a card I created using a reverse stamping technique to create a watercolored stamped image.

love | stamp | face | script | watercolour card

Below is a video tutorial showing exactly how I created my project.

Make sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel and click the bell so you will get updates when I post a new video.

The stamps I used are:

Love Is Love Stamp Set

Scripted Streets Stamp Set

script stamp | inky | map | streets | background

To adhere it all together I used my Xyron Mega Runner.

face stamp | love is love | script | embossing | card

What a brilliant card! We love this technique for this stamp, such a quick way to add colour. The torn edges and the embossed script look awesome! Thank you Nadine ♡

Skull Shadow Tags

Hello! Wow we are spoiling you here on the blog today!! We are snowed in here so what better way to spend a Saturday than catching up with all the latest Design Team inspiration that we haven’t shared here yet!!

Veerle Moreels is up next with 2 awesome tags…

I went and had some relaxing fun with the ‘Skull Shadow’ stencil.

So first I started out using my Inktense pencils and some watercolors. Just by tracing the stencil and having some fun coloring I ended up with this very simple tag.
But yet.. I love how it turned out.

And then I wondered how it would look in a more mixed media version… So I layed down some texture in the stencil. And it might not be really very easy to see, but I have cut out the eye and the nose… I wanted some depth in those holes.

And again… just pure relaxation and having fun. The same stencil but a completely different result…

Skull Shadow

2 fantastic tags Veerle.. loving both the light and dark versions! This stencil really is awesome!!
Thanks Veerle ♡

Fiery Moments – Visible Image stamps

Hi There! We are back with more awesome inspiration for you 🙂

Here’s Lisa Nygards…

Today I’m back with some colors again. Love to play randomly with my mist colors. Not that very often ”misted”, more like dripped and splashed. LOL

The image I’ve used – the dragon – is from Orin Destiny Set. It’s easy to miss that the characters often have totally lovely stamps as accessories. The word stamp is named These are the Moments.

I’ve used an edge scraper around the paper, and then lightly added black from an inkpad. When it all was mounted on the base I put the glitter glue on around the rough edges.

Stamps:  Visible Image
Papers: Red Vellum
Embellishments: Ribbon and charm
Tools: –
Other: Glitter glue, vellum dots
Medium: Mists dripped randomly.

You will find all the amazing Visible Image Design Team inspiration over in the  Facebook Group where you can enter our ‘Show & Tell Challenge‘ for your chance to WIN some awesome Visible Image stamps! And don’t forget to LIKE the Visible Image FACEBOOK PAGE too.

Love this! What a perfect background for our dragon… very fiery! Fabulous! You’ll find more of Lisa’s stunning work over on her blog.

We will be back again later with MORE inspiration created with our gorgeous stamps. Teresa Morgan has a fab technique to share with you 🙂
