Hello! We hope you are doing ok. Lynda Hall is on the blog today with a fantastic Christmas card created with our NEW ‘Christmas Eve’ stencil which works wonderfully with our Christmas Eve stamp set…
It’s time for my fortnightly share for Visible Image and this week we on the DT are all feeling festive because the NEW Christmas stamps and stencils have been released and they are AMAZING!

I love to create scenes on my cards, and the Christmas Eve stencil is so perfect for this. I am afraid I got so carried away getting inky that I failed a little on the step by step photos, but I will explain my method.
I started with a piece of blank card, and used Black Soot Distress ink and the stencil to create rows of buildings. I faded them out towards the back rows to add a sense of dimension. I then re inked rows on another piece of card, as I wanted to layer them up for more depth.

I really love how the new release links so well with last years Christmas stamps. It really does mean the possibilities are endless!
This card is awesome! The layered buildings look amazing, such wonderful depth and the snow looks great! Beautiful sky too. Thank you Lynda ♡
