Take Risks – Visible Image stamps

Good Evening, hope you are having a good Monday 🙂

Ours is of course marvellous, as Kim Bacon is here with her ‘Marvellous Monday’ post…

Good day to you all!

What a fab week it has been here again!  Blue skies every day!

Here we are again with my Visible Image inspirational piece. Something very different from me today! Now, me and white card don’t get on!  We seem fine for ages and then suddenly ‘it’ happens! Usually right at the last minute! A grubby thumb print or a smear or splurge! But this is all deliberate! This card is a bit of a joke on me really!

Visible Image stamps - Take Risks - Scribbled Circle - Finger Print - Kim Bacon

It doesn’t need much of an explanation as to how I made it. Simple red dye ink straight onto white card.  Yes! White card!!

I love that these stamps are so crisp and sharp, quality kit always makes for a fab end result!

So, there we are! I took a risk and I think it worked!

Here are the stamps I used….

The colour behind the mask – Visible Image stamps

Hello there! Thank you for visiting our blog 🙂

Apologies for missing yesterday’s post! We had another crazzzzyyyyyyy day here getting as many orders out as possible which is always the priority, and Mark then surprised me by announcing that instead of cutting and packaging again stamps all evening (as we usually do) we were going out for dinner and to the cinema! It was a much needed ‘break’ 🙂

So today we have lots of fabulous inspiration coming up for you, starting with the ‘late’ Fabulous Friday post from the very fabulous Pauline Butcher! Over to Pauline…

Hello friends,

It’s Friday again, and I’m here to share another of my creations, using some fabulous Visible Image Stampsif you’ve not tried these top quality, thick polymer stamps yet, please do, they are such unique designs, hand made and cut, and they stamp perfectly each time.

Visible Image stamps - Behind Every Mask - Crow - Pauline Butcher

Visible Image Stamps used…………
Behind Every MaskInk Splats, the Drip and the finger print out of Drag & Drip, and the feathers and birds out of Free your Imagination.

This card is 8″x 8″, and I started off with a piece of card 7″x 7″, stamping the edges with the drips and ink splats, using Oak House Studio Colour Chemistry Pigment ink pads, in 3 colours, (they are such bright yummy colours, just up my street). I then took another piece of card 5″x 5″, and blended the same 3 colours, then stamped the feathers with Versamark, and heat embossed using White powder, I then stamped the birds and the fingerprints on both pieces af card. I stamped the Hawk onto a seperate piece of card and fussy cut it, leaving a very small boarder of white around it, then coloured the edges, I shaped it and attached it using glue gel to raise it. The sentiment was stamped and cut out. I added some coloured mats and layers, then put it to a black card blank added glossy accents to the eyes and Black Stickles around the edges of the Hawk.
