Spring Sunshine

This gorgeous card by Rox was created with the daffodil stamps and a lovely sentiment from our GOLDEN DAFFODILS set, cat and bird stamps from THAT LOVIN’ FELINE set, and our HALFTONE stencil.

[Tutorial] I created my background by blending yellow ink through the ‘Halftone’ stencil onto white card. Next I embossed the daffodils in white onto my background. I then coloured a strip of card with the same yellow ink and stamped out some of the single daffodil heads, fussy cut them and adhered with foam tape to add extra dimension. I then stamped and cut out one of the cats and the little bird from the ‘That Lovin’ Feline’ set, coloured them and glued in place. I added some diamantés for a little extra sparkle before layering onto black card stock and adding a machine stitched edge. To finish, I stamped and embossed the ‘sending sunshine’ sentiment in white onto black card, then also created a matching stamped envelope. Rox ♡
