Rock It!
We love how Kimberly has used our DISTRESSED BRICK stencil on her amazing card featuring our MAX ROCKS stamps!
[Tutorial] Kimberly ink blended Frayed Burlap Distress Oxide ink around the edge of a watercolour panel, then blended Fired Brick Distress ink through the stencil, and ran it through her die cutting machine to dry emboss it. While the stencil was still lined up over the panel, Kimberly added Distress Grit Paste over some of the bricks and let it dry. Once it was dry, Kimberly splattered water around the outside of the panel and blended Ground Espresso Archival ink around the edge once the water was dry. Max was stamped using Black Soot Archival ink on watercolor paper and coloured using Distress Inks and a water brush. The sentiment was then stamped and cut out. To finish the card, Kimberly stamped the skull from the same set around the edge using Ground Espresso Archival ink, then adhered the sentiment and Max with foam tape, before adding the panel to a brown card base.
