No Filter Journaling

This amazing journal page by Nicole was created using our NO FILTER and BACKGROUND VISION stamp sets.

[Tutorial] This journal page was an absolute blast to create!! I started off with adding Oxide inks to my glass mat and spraying with water. Next I swooshed my watercolor paper onto the ink, I did this until my page was covered in yellows and oranges. I stamped the ‘No Filter’ face stamp using Archival ink then, using art crayons that have a soft waxy feel, I blended colors into her face and gave her dimension to bring her to life. After she was dry, I stamped with the ‘Background Vision’ stamp also in Archival black ink. Next it was time to work on the background some more, using another stamp from the ‘Background Vision’ set, I added just pieces of that in blue and green oxide ink. To finish, I added some of the quotes from the ‘No Filter’ set and she was done! Nicole ♡
