My Happy Colours

This fabulous art journal page by Jeanette features stamps from our TOMORROW DOESN’T EXIST set with our FIBONACCI background stamp.

[Tutorial] Jeanette coated watercolour paper with white gesso. Next the image and sentiments were stamped using Altenew Obsidian pigment ink onto Dina Wakley collage tissue paper, these were then torn out and glued to the page using gel medium. Once everything was dry, Jeanette used scribble sticks to add some colour, blending and merging with water to meander over the page in a rainbow effect. Some shading was added around the stamped images with a Stabilo pencil, and highlights drawn with white Posca pens. The Fibonacci background was then stamped randomly, adding interest to the page, along with some hand drawn dots and lines. To finish, Jeanette added ink splashes with Dina Wakley gloss sprays in a rainbow of colours.
