Grungy Valentine

This gorgeously grungy mixed media card by Rox was created with our DISTRESSED BRICK stencil, ROUND IN CIRCLES stamps, the fabulous script from our SKETCHED TULIPS set, and sentiments from our OZ TIN MAN stamp set.

Rox stamped lots of circles in Versafine Claire onyx black ink and clear embossed them. Next Rox gently sprayed the card with fine mists of water and sprinkled on Brushos powder paints. After drying off, Rox used Distress opaque crackle texture paste through the stencil and allowed to dry. The sentiment was stamped and embossed on separate card, cut out and layered onto the background with foam mount tape for dimension. To finish, Rox layered her artwork onto a black card base, and machine stitched around the edges to add more gorgeous texture and interest.
