Flowers of Hope

This gorgeous card by Leanne features our fabulous TORN FISHNET LAYERING DIE with our RANDOM ART OF KINDNESS stamps.

Leanne started by creating her background with ‘chipped sapphire’ and ‘broken china’ distress inks. Next Leanne die cut the torn fishnet twice, once on blue paper and the other on white card which was then distressed using ‘gathered twigs’ distress ink, then sprayed lightly with iZink tea. Leanne stamped the focal flower 3 times, once in black, then twice embossed in white onto vellum and cut them all out. The main flower was coloured to co-ordinate with the background, and the petals coated in glossy accents. Some random stamping using the words from the same set added more interest, and the HOPE sentiment and grungy stem were also stamped, cut out, and matted onto black card. All the elements were adhered to the card with glue gel for a lovely 3D feel before Leanne matted her artwork onto distressed brown paper and a white card blank.
