Cocktails in the Sun

Jeanette’s fabulous card was created with our COCKTAILS & DREAMS stamp set and co-ordinating dies, with our SUPERNOVA stencil.

[Tutorial] Using these Cocktails & Dreams stamps makes me feel that Spring/Summer is on the horizon! To begin with I stamped the different cocktail glasses and accessories with Memento Ink on Neenah cardstock, coloured with Copics and then cut them out with the Cocktails & Dreams Co-ordinating dies. For the background I ink blended on Neenah cardstock with Distress Oxides (Fossilized Amber, Wild Honey, and Spiced Marmalade) before I added some Nuvo Moonstone Glimmer paste through the Supernova stencil.

I let everything dry, and then I attached the panel to black card stock and drew a frame with a Uni ball fine liner. The sentiment was stamped with Altenew dye inks (Teal Cave, Parrot, and Warm Sunshine) and Memento ink (Jet black) – I used my Misti to make sure I could stamp several times to get a good stamp impression. All the drinks and ice cubes, olives, fruits and berries were attached with either glue or 3D foam squares. Can I have that cocktail in the sun now, please? Jeanette ♡
