Birthday Blooms

This fabulous Birthday card by Rox features the wonderful large grunge flower stamp from our WHERE FLOWERS BLOOM set, with the cupcake and sentiment from our BLOW OUT THE CANDLES set.

Rox created her background using elements from our Creative Chaos stamp set, randomly stamped on and off the page in vibrant Versafine Clair inks. Next Rox over stamped the large flower using the same inks, sprinkled clear embossing powder over the entire card and heat set it. The sentiment was stamped out on a separate piece of card and mounted on gold metallic card. The cupcake was stamped and fussy cut out, then Rox added tiny pink gems as sprinkles and coloured it pink with a chameleon marker. Rox used a wink of stellar clear sparkle pen for some extra shimmer. The sentiment and cupcake were fixed in place on foam pads before mounting the card on a backing of gold metallic cardstock. To finish, Rox machine stitched the edges in magenta cotton, and stamped the flower on the envelope for that wow factor!
