Autumn Jumper

Rachel’s fabulous card was created with our HEDGEHOG HUGS and CHRISTMAS JUMPER stamps + dies, and our FRAMED FIBRES layering die.

[Tutorial] The temperature has really dropped here in the UK that it’s definitely time to dig out those autumnal woolly jumpers!

First up, I sprayed 2 pieces of white card with ‘Wild Honey’, ‘Picked Raspberry’, ‘Dried Marigold’ and ‘Crackling Campfire’ distress spray stain. For the background I stamped the larger leaves stamp from the ‘Hedgehog Hugs’ stamp set around the edges using Versafine ‘Fallen Leaves’ brown ink. ‘Vintage Photo’ distress ink was then blended around the edges of the card.

Next up, I stamped the ‘Christmas Jumper’ using Versafine Clair ‘Nocturne’ ink before fussy cutting out. The ‘Framed Fibres’ die was then cut out and both the jumper and die cut were sprayed lightly with the same colours as the background. The smaller leaves from the ‘Hedgehog Hugs’ stamp set were stamped onto the jumper and coloured in using a watercolour pencil.

On a separate piece of white card I stamped the sentiment and one of the hedgehogs with Versafine ‘Nocturne’ black ink and heat embossed with Wow superfine clear gloss embossing powder. The hedgehog was then coloured in with colouring pencils & die cut out. The sentiment was cut and edged with ‘Crackling Campfire’ distress ink before adding to some black card.

Using the spare sprayed card I stamped a range of the leaves stamps from the same set using Versafine ‘Fallen Leaves’ brown ink, heat embossed them and then die cut them out.

Finally, the background was put onto black card and a white card blank before the elements were added using 3D glue alongside some gems leaving a card that’s perfect for those autumnal birthdays. Rachel ♡
