Autumn Flowers

This gorgeous card by Rox was created with the vase and flower stamps from our BREAK FREE set, background stamping using the TRANSMISSION GLITCH set, with a Happy Birthday sentiment from our BLOW OUT THE CANDLES stamp set.

[Tutorial] I started by stamping the vase and daisies from the ‘Break Free’ set, and coloured them with watercolour paints, colouring the petals orange. Next I started to create my background around them using distress inks in ‘dried marigold’ and ‘unchartered marina’. I then added background stamping using the ‘Transmission Glitch’ stamps to add interest and texture, and used some clear embossing powder for a little extra dimension. Next I stamped out a second set of daisies, painted them in yellows this time, and cut them out. I used foam mount to adhere them over the previously stamped flowers and splattered gold mica spray over them. I stamped the sentiment from the ‘Blow Out The Candles’ set using white embossing powder on black card and adhered to my card. To finish I added some machine stitching and matter onto black card and a white card blank. Rox ♡
