Anniversary Celebration

Rachel’s stunning anniversary card was created with our ANYONE FOR BUBBLES stamps and dies, with our HEART INK and ALWAYS & FOREVER stencils, with a sentiment from our BIRTHDAY WISHES set.

[Tutorial] Today’s card is perfect for weddings and anniversaries! For the background I dipped a piece of white card into ‘Tumbled Glass’, ‘Mermaid Lagoon’ and ‘Salty Ocean’ distress inks that had been sprayed with water on a craft mat. Once dried, I blended ‘Mermaid Lagoon’ distress ink through the ‘Heart INK stencil’, then added the ‘Always & Forever’ stencil on top before brushing ‘Chipped Sapphire’ distress ink through it. The same ink was then brushed around the edges of the card.

Next up, the large bubbles from the ‘Anyone for Bubbles’ stamp set was edged around the card also using ‘Chipped Sapphire’ distress ink. The whole background was then covered in distress micro glaze before some Distress opaque grit paste was smoothed through the grunge aspects of the ‘Heart INK’ stencil.

On another piece of card the main elements from the ‘Anyone for Bubbles’ stamp set were stamped using Versafine Clair ‘Nocturne’ black ink and heat embossed with Wow superfine clear gloss embossing powder. These were then die cut out and coloured in before some wink of stella was added for some sparkle.

I then stamped the sentiment from the ‘Birthday Wishes’ stamp set in Versafine Clair ‘Paradise’ blue ink and heat embossed this with Wow superfine clear gloss embossing powder. 

Finally, the background was put onto black card and a white card blank before the elements were added alongside some bead paste and glittery gems. A delightful card for any super special celebration! Rachel ♡
