Beautiful ATC by Jeanette created with the winter tree + birds stamps from our VI MINIS #1 set with one of our gorgeous AFFIRMATIONS stamps. [Tutorial] Jeanette stamped the mini tree and birds with Altenew Obsidian pigment ink on watercolour paper, then painted the ground with ‘rustic wilderness’ distress re-inker. Once dry Jeanette moved on to the sky, which was painted with ‘wild honey’ distress ink. To create an ombre effect, Jeanette used more water to blend the ink as she got further away from the sunset. Once thoroughly dry, Jeanette used the end of a paint brush to make little dots with a Versamark ink pad and then embossed the dots in gold. Next, using an embossing ink pen from Lawn Fawn Jeanette painted a sunrise and gold embossed that also.Next Jeanette used ‘gathered twigs’ distress ink to darken the edges of the ATC, before glueing the artwork onto a piece of black card stock. The sentiment was stamped onto white card and cut apart before adhering it to the card.
