Good Evening…. a little late with today’s inspiration sorry! All these NEW stamps are causing such excitement… Hehe!
The first Design Team samples have been created today and all we can say is WOW! We knew we had an amazing team but my oh my they are doing an incredible job! We cannot wait to show you 😉
With Valentine’s Day approaching, LOVE is most definitely in the air for Teresa’s post today…
I was so excited to receive this stamp and knew right away what I wanted to do with it. The words themselves and the font made me instantly think of a hand written note to surprise your loved one.
So this was my inspiration for the set of ‘love tokens’ I made..
A simple note card to tuck into a wallet or purse, stamped with black ink on white card, mounted on red card. I used a corner rounder punch on this.
A bookmark to tuck into his or her favourite book – a lovely reminder as they settle down for a spot of bedtime reading. Simply stamped, I added an embossed heart from the Molly Rules set, and a gingham ribbon.
A mug for a morning surprise over coffee. I stamped and used black embossing powder on a plain glazed mug. I must stress that although this decoration is usable and smudge-proof, it is not permanent and will scrub off – just a fun idea to say I love you!!
Finally a pretty card. White embossing powder on kraft card for the background, with a pretty punched border. I added the rose stamp from the Isabella Lost Love set and then picked out the words ‘I Love You’ from the sentiment stamp.
Hopefully you have been inspired by this set of love tokens – don’t forget to share your Visible Image creations with us in our Show and Tell contest on Facebook.
